Case 1
A 19 year old girl involved in a Road traffic accident got her jaw broken in 2 places. We fixed it under General Anesthesia using 3 Stainless Steel plates, but the beauty of the surgery was that everything was done from inside the mouth, and the pretty girl has no scars whatsoever. After 6 weeks, she was doing so well that when asked if she could eat pancakes, she replied that she could eat sugarcane.

Case 2

Patient came to the OPD with a large infraorbital step deformity (about 1 cm!) and X-Rays show multiple fractures at the Zygomatic Buttress as well as the Zygomatic Arch( Cheekbones).

Under General Anesthesia, the Cheek prominence was placed in its original position

using Gillie’s Approach ( a hidden incision on the scalp, where hair camouflage the small scar) and a single 4-holed Stainless Steel plate placed at the Cheekbone to maintain the corrected position.
Case 3
A young lady complained that her teeth were getting splayed apart slowly and progressively. X-Ray revealed a large cyst in the upper jaw. The cyst was removed entirely from inside the mouth AND all the teeth were spared. Patient is very pleased.
Case 4
A young man got his jaw broken and here you can see the crooked halves. This surgery was done entirely under Local Anesthesia, with the patient conscious, and within an hour. Two Stainless Steel plates were placed to maintain the two halves of the jaw in the correct position and the post surgery picture shows complete return to form and function.

Case 5

An old man wanted dentures to be made and his old tongue tie was getting in the way. Under Local Anesthesia, we released the tongue tie from the floor of the mouth. The procedure took 15 minutes.

Case 6
A 40 year old male came with a complaint of long standing swelling. Biopsy revealed Neurilemmoma, a rare benign tumor. X- Ray showed an extensive lesion involving almost half of the lower jaw (Photo b). However simply removing half of the lower jaw was not the solution. So we reconstructed the missing half with a Stainless steel reconstruction plate and post the surgery no one can tell that half the jaw has been removed (Photo c). This was a 4 ½ hour surgery under General Anesthesia. 1 ½ years have elapsed, and the patient is doing fine.

Case 7
Typical result of a hair transplant surgery. The procedure is entirely under General Anesthesia, which means no hospitalization, no risk to health due to lengthy general anesthesia. The hair grows in 3 months time and is permanent. It grows, has to be cut, can be styled and no one can tell.
